- 5 people in Aviation.
- 20 people in Facilities Services.
- 3 people in Technical Services.
Benefits
Environmental:
- Reduction of the team’s carbon footprint, leading to a reduction in ABM’s overall carbon footprint.
Economic:
- Reduction in costs for carbon offsetting.
- Reduction in commuting costs for team members.
Social:
- Creation of a cycle-friendly workplace leading to healthier staff.
- The bikes offered social opportunities, resulting in a stronger sense of community for the team.
ABM’s Cycle to Work scheme is in partnership with Cyclescheme, which has 1 million customers and encourages people to reduce their carbon footprint and costs by cycling to work each day. The scheme offers savings on bicycles and road-safety equipment, with discounts of 33-43% on bikes and accessories.
