Martin Gjelaj

Martin serves as the Senior Vice President of the Great Lakes and Northeast region for ABM's Business & Industry (B&I) group. In this role, he oversees operational growth and management of commercial real estate and other client accounts across a vast territory spanning from parts of the Midwest to New England and the mid-Atlantic region. His responsibilities include leading operational personnel, enhancing productivity, and optimising financial performance.

With a career at ABM spanning over three decades, Martin has demonstrated remarkable growth within the company. He joined ABM in 1987 as a Supervisor and Project Manager, and quickly advanced through various senior leadership positions throughout the Northeast region. His expertise and leadership skills have been recognized, leading to his appointment as Senior Vice President of the Great Lakes & Northeast region in 2014, a position he has held for over a decade.

Martin's extensive experience and long-standing tenure with ABM have equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and the company's operations. His consistent progression through the ranks reflects his ability to adapt to changing market conditions and deliver results in the dynamic field of facilities management and commercial real estate services.
