Ed Marcil

Ed Marcil serves as the President of Manufacturing & Distribution (M&D), leading teams that provide exceptional service in material handling, production staffing, janitorial services, engineering, maintenance, sustainability, energy, and other solutions for a diverse array of manufacturing, delivery, and logistics clients across the U.S.

With specialised expertise tailored to regulatory and manufacturing process needs across various industry segments, Ed is developing ABM as a leading national provider of manufacturing services and solutions. His focus areas include semiconductor, electric vehicle (EV), and battery manufacturing, as well as automotive, pharmaceutical and life sciences, food and beverage, and eCommerce sectors.

Since joining ABM, Ed has held several leadership positions within the company, including roles in Retail Distribution and Business & Industry, as well as functional areas such as Strategic Accounts and IT. Prior to his extensive career in facilities services, Ed worked in the telecom industry, both in the United States and China, where he was involved in a wireless joint venture. He holds a degree in finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
